My experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families who face a variety of different issues and concerns. I have an interest in supporting people who deal with the challenges of being an immigrant or newcomer. I also provide Supervision to therapists who are looking to strengthen their confidence and competence in their clinical work.
I mainly utilize CBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gottman Therapy to support your healing by gaining access of your true Self, focusing on your wounded inner parts, and creating new narratives to feel whole and connected again. Together we will restore your confidence, compassion, courage and thus tapping into a new framework to master your life.
